About Us
Equinox Cottage Bakery was born from a simple but deeply personal desire — to become a more meaningful part of the community by being true to myself.
My entire career has been rooted in hospitality, spending years working for both large and small restaurants across Florida. Throughout this journey, I developed a profound passion for the Back of House...The Kitchen. The craft, the creativity, and the care that goes into every dish was a passion that constantly lived in my head... But most of my time was actually spent in the Front of House, serving guests at the bar, building relationships at the tables, and sharing countless stories with locals and visitors alike. Now, with Equinox, I finally get to bring both my passions together and serve the community in a new way.
Beyond baking, I'm passionate about volunteering and local activism through action. Running Equinox gives me the opportunity to support my community in more ways than one. We are always looking to partner with local organizations, lend our time, and show up for the people and causes that make our community stronger. Starting a small business felt like the most natural way to accomplish what matters most to me: bringing my community closer together and making a positive impact on the people in it. Small and local business isn't just something I believe in — it's something I've lived. I know firsthand the heart and dedication that goes into building something from the ground up, and I want Equinox to be a reflection of that spirit.
Equinox is more than a bakery, it is a commitment to connection, creativity, and community. Thank you for being a part of it.
